I subscribed to Dropbox several years ago. I arranged many pictures in folders. Now when I go to Dropbox the folders are empty. This is beyond distressing as these photos are family memories. What is worse is that I cannot get help from customer service. I have filed...

Dropbox - How do I recover a deleted file older than 30 days

Hello, Recently, I transfer a large file full of very important photos to a flash drive from my Dropbox. Later I found out the transfer did not work and the original folder was not on my computer. Please help me retrieve a copy of these photos. Please have someone contact me@(260) 418-8264 The file was in my bobt2121 folder in dropbox. Thank you. Robert Thomson Bobt2121
