Forgot login/password does not work. Credit card charge tool does not work. Seach the site for a telephone number and you will not find one. There is no way to talk to anyone and the email response support is non-existent. The sales number however answers very quickly...Read more

Unless you are a business user, there is no way to actually talk to Dropbox. I had purchased a year's 1 TB storage...about $120 worth. They will answer an email after 3-4 days and take multiple days in between all communications and they never address the real issue....Read more

Dropbox - How do I recover a deleted file older than 30 days
Hello, Recently, I transfer a large file full of very important photos to a flash drive from my Dropbox. Later I found out the transfer did not work and the original folder was not on my computer.
