Dropbox disabled

I can not copy link. I use to get error message that says you are working on it. Now when I try to sign in it says account suspended or something to that affect. Your chat box for help will not open my account name is webereod@***.com,

Billed for account that's no longer in use

We wanted to get in contact regarding our business account and wanted to remove an account we're still paying for. Dropbox has not got back to us and there's barely any way to reach them through the phone or email!

Trying to cancel trial

I received a email from Dropbox telling me my trial was due to run out 9th July 2021. If I didnt cancel before this date I would be automatically charged. I tried to speak with customer service on the phone but told no support for non business members. Tried following web instructions to cancel membership could not find cancel option. Tried on line chat support still no joy. Eventually called Apple support who helped. Dropbox customer service stinks.

User's recommendation: Be careful before signing up for a trial it’s not as easy to cancel.

Account disabled

My drop box was deactivated. I need to get it back. I had people share and add files from other devices but the account should be active. I dont check email often so i missed the notification emails. I have responded althought it was after the account was deactivated.

Terrible service

If you have a real issue with this company - such as you have been charged $450 a month for last 2 months and want to get to the bottom of it. There is no where to go. Calls drop hang ups its terrible!

I have had an account for years. Suddenly it is disabled. I submitted a ticket and no one has responded. When I try the forum I get a message that I have been banned with no further explanation. I dont share files its for my personal use. I now can not access the files that were online only. I have been a paid customer for quite sometime and this makes no sense. I have been patient but Dropbox was my online life. If there is an issue I would like to fix it and if my account has been compromised, we need to address it. I need some help here. I have no information whatsoever and being ignored isnt a solution for a business I have promoted and utilized extensively! Please help!

No Contact With DropBox

It looks like there is a security issue and I cannot access any shared files within our company. The company paid for me to have upgraded service and Dropbox keeps asking if I want to upgrade. Whenever I want to make a change Dropbox asks for my email and says I should be receiving a reply but I never receive the sent email. Since 4/1 I've had no access to important documents. forms. etc.

Put files back on desktop

Wow, I wonder why Dropbox didn't let us know that all files would be deleted from Desktop? That seems important to my business. It would have been good to put in disclaimer. How can I recover? It's not letting me when I download files from your website. What is a valid number where I can talk to a live human being? Thanks

I need someone to help me cancel my deceased husband's dropbox account. The phone number I was given to call doesn't work and no one has helped me. Meanwhile, my bank account is being billed $12.78 every month. I'll have to alert the Better Business Bureau if someone doesn't help me delete/cancel this account completely and forever!!
