I paid to update my Dropbox account. Payment has been processed but my Dropbox wont update. I cant get my wedding photos because of it. You cant contact anyone at all unless you have an updated account! Well, its updated and paid but .. I tried to manage it and it keeps telling me its wont connect to even cancel!!! Horrible company and still have no wedding photos! Complete BS to pay for something you arent getting and NO customer service!!!

Several issues, zeron customer dervice, keep billing and ,charging my credit card for services I never got, year after year dispite several attempts at cancelling !!!!!!!!!!!

I once again went on line to find how to reach customer service directly to speak to management to settle the reoccurring charges to my credit card and the phone # online is out of service. !!!

Account recovery

Ive been locked out of my dropbox email since 2014 because it was made while I was overseas and I no longer have access to that foreign American phone number that was linked to the email account. Ive now gained access to my email account and need to access my dropbox to recover all the photos I took while overseas (about 2GB). I will be going to the police if my files are not returned to me.

Horrific Customer experience today

I cannot believe the Cx / dialogue I had today with a Dropbox rep (via Chat) -- Donald was "brutal". I don't know if anyone will see / read this, but if you do -- please take a few minutes to review the chat thread. I'm now well on my way to DUMPING dropbox to move to a different solution. I cannot believe the experience I had today -- it was a 0.5 out of 10 L Check out the dialogue (Ticket #1737****: Dropbox Support Chat)

Still Haven't Gotten An Answer

The company continued to charge me after I no longer wanted their services. After two weeks, I have only an email that they got my request for a refund but no actual answer. It was really hard to even contact them as they don't inform customers of a phone number and they also won't give an email address unless you have a special subscription. Therefore, I feel they have very poor customer service as they are not available to customers.

Cance subscription

Called customer service for Dropbox. This number is no longer in service.I was charged today for a subscription that I dont remember signing up for.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase a subscription. It is impossible to cancel on their website and any phone number called is either not in service or rings a few times and drops.

I want to cancel my account

Zero rating due to the number for customer service is no longer. Been trying to cancel my account for several months through the website and it cannot happen they why its described. I have addressed this through many chats with the sales team, emailed your customer service through the website with ZERO response as if you do not care. So, my only option at this point is to cancel the credit card payment and call it a day. IWILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMP\ANY TO ANYONE FOR PERSONAL USE.
