Hi,
I'm getting billed with no reason. I discontinued your services a long time ago. I just got billed WITHOUT any transaction ID so I can't even check the transaction with your system.
It's unfair and it looks like a scam when you don't allow people to contact real customer service.
The payment isn't big but I promise I will contact the European Consumer Rights Office to resolve it if I won't be contacted within 24h from now.

I would like to call your attention to the illegal billing on my dropbox account, and further request that it be reversed immediately.
My current Dropbox account is set on the Dropbox basic plan, but yet I was billed for $119.88 some hours ago. Kindly reverse this immediately as I am content with just the basic plan for now.

whomever posted the Customer Service phone number for Dropbox, did so only to create a scam of sorts for those who really want to get a hold of Dropbox.
DO NOT CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE FOR DROPBOX.
It connects you with a computer answering service that wants you to be connected to agent that will supposedly give you a $100 gift card. It does NOT connect you to Dropbox!

My credit card has been charged with Euro 119.88 on June 30, 20924. The last 4 digits of my Master Card are 4878.
As I am never using Dropbox, I'd like to cancel the subscription that I must apparently have signed up for without realizing. I would also highly appreciate if you could refrain from collecting the amount of Euro 119.88. The authorization code of my bank (UBS in Switzerland) for this transaction is 029688.

Unable to navigate help menus
I am able to log into drop box but I am not able to access details of my account or any other options. After an hour in an infinite-loop navigating through their on-line help menus I resorted to writing to their offices in San Francisco.
I man get an answer, maybe not!.

I called to cancel an account and all I got was someone trying to get a credit card from me and trying to give me a reward, which I kept telling him I didn't want.
Customer Service does not answer the phone. The platform has changed from legends to Files and I cannot use it and there’s nobody to help me!

My name is Tony Marcial. I am the Accountant for United Church of Christ Cornerstone Fund.
We have tried numerous times to contact your customer service regarding our account with you and kept getting the run around. The member of our account with you by the name of Rachel Duncan is no longer with our company. She left back in April 2023. Recently, we just found out that she opened an account with Dropbox under our company name.
We intend to continue the account and, will need to switch to a new member but apparently, no one in your company seems to want to assist us and just kept giving us a number to call which leads to a different company. Anyway, we need someone to contact us ASAP. We closed Rachel's American Express so, we will need to give you a new American Express number for your next billing.
