Hi, My friend and I decided we should use Dropbox to transfer a few videos of our vacation. After going two gigs over the free amount of storage, I decided to give the Plus plan a try.
I decided to do the yearly plan for $99 a month. I quickly realized that I didn't need anything even close to the amount of storage they offered for their smallest storage plan. I canceled my Plus membership within a few days, but was informed that I would not be refunded for the amount of time that I wasn't going to need or use (almost a year).
It would have been nice to know this before I decided to pay for the service. A note during the payment portion would have been nice just to inform me that once they annual payment is made, it cannot be refunded regardless of when I decide to cancel the service.
