Dropbox - Misleading service and very very very bad customer service
I WAS MISLEADED.
I try to cancel my paid dropbox service, but can't find any info how to cancel, so send them msg, there is name called "Suki" reply me with "unsubscribe" subject. But she/he didnt tell me I still have to manually choose downgrade to avoid further charges. So dropbox still charge me renew fees. I ask Suki to get refund, she/he said "no". when i ask contact details for manager, she/he said she/he is the highest in that position....
I just want to let everybody know, BEWARE OF DROPBOX. if you on a paid plan, they will try their best to grub your money.
very very bad customer service. I am seeking legal action against them.

Soooooo many bad experiences with Dropbox. Let''s ALL DROP this company and make it bankrupt. It's the right thing to do!!!!
