Dropbox - I cancelled my subscription and they still charge me
I downgraded my Plus account last month on 20 March 2017 and they are still charging me. I have a PDF with my cancellation on 10 March 2017.
What can I do? They have charged me on 20 April 2017. I have tried to contact them, but they do not have any mobile phone number or email. I cannot get the refund, but the worst they can continue charging me.
I have had a chat with Dropbbox sales and I suggested to contact Dropbox support through their Website https://www.dropbox.com/ I have filled a form, but nothing else.
Their Website makes reference to similar cases to mine (https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?filter=location&location=category:English&q=cancel), but when you open the links all of them are empty. Any idea how can I stop my subcription to the Plus account and to have the basic one?

I had the same situation. On June 7th, I canceled my subscription.
The cancellation was done before the anniversary day.
By June 21st , Dropbox charge my credit card 105.34 for a subscription that was canceled. Does anyone know what to do?
