Was trying to access my boss's files from his business account. He has added me, but for some reason I still couldn't access them because I had a free account.

Huh?? They recommended I try their 30 day free trial business account. I tried it hoping I could download the files I needed and cancel before the trial ended. Missed it by a day.

Come to find they not only charged me for one business account, but for FIVE! At night on a Friday, when their customer service is down for the weekend. I would use Google Docs or One Drive instead.

Stay far away from this company, as they have terrible customer service and it is virtually impossible to speak with anyone. Just cancelled this account, so hopefully I will receive my refund but I'm not holding my breath.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $1050.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Unethical, Overcharged after free trial, No support - even for pro users, Developing something with bad intentions against the public, Tech support.
