Charged me for a subscription I did not want! Told me they would refund me my money just to send another email saying they couldn't. Talk about awful customer service. You don't tell someone you are going to do something and then change your mind. Bad for business.

File a complaint with your credit card company, disputing the charge. I had the same thing happen, and my credit card company is disputing the charge.
