Unless you are a business user, there is no way to actually talk to Dropbox. I had purchased a year's 1 TB storage...about $120 worth. They will answer an email after 3-4 days and take multiple days in between all communications and they never address the real issue....

I tried to cancel my account with Dropbox, when I called they hung up on me as soon as I said I wanted to cancel, I called back to hear a recording , all service reps were busy. I called back from another phone, went right thru, same guy answered, I said again i wanted to cancel, he started swearing at me told me not to call back.
