They keep billing my credit card for $750.00 every year.I no longer own the business and am retired. I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails. You can always get someone on the phone if you want to buy but never when you have a complaint. They should be put out of business. They did the same thing last year and I filed a complaint with my credit card company. This time I will cancel by credit card and get a new number. What a hasel ?I would...

And you can not talk to them. Why use this service when so many others are now available and have better support, customer policies and easier to use websites? Now working with bank credit card to see if it is fraud since I did not order it and have an email stating is was cancelled. does this word count feature work? I am up to 60 words now 65 ah ha it seems to be working to I guess I keep typing until it hits 100 words which, since i am at 84,...

Due to their lame, confusing interface, I unknowingly signed up for a 5 license business account.Being a small new business of one person (revenue less than $2,000), I have no reason for a 5 person account. Now, less than one month after this mistake has taken place, they say they will not help me, that I owe them $750 and that there is nothing they can or will do about it. I asked them where/how can I file a complaint. They stated that they are...

Dropbox is great when it works. I am using the paid version - Dropbox Pro. I had a permissions issue - cannot edit, change or save my files, opens everything as read-only, no workarounds. I've have been waiting 9 days with no resolution. Each time they respond it is to ask for more information then you wait another 1-4 days, then they ask for more information again then you wait another 1-4 days. Etc. Etc. It's as if they expect you to be...

Apparently although I let dropbox know that I did not have a "team", when my Free Trial ran out they charged me for extensive coverage for many team players. 750$ for a year. There is no phone number. I was able to chat online to try and reverse the charges and/or switch the membership since there is no way I need this type of membership, all to no avail. This is an outrageous amount of money, for what I am using dropbox for I could do for...

When I reviewed the canceling process again, I learn that you had to cancel twice and the second time the canceling button was transparent. It appeared as already pressed or activated. "Keeping the subscription" was a blue button. The way dropbox set up downgrading to Basic feels like they trick you into keeping the Pro version. More tech savvy people may catch on to this easily. Less tech savvy people such as myself can be confused or make...

DO NOT SIGN UP TO DROPBOX. Here's the problems; (1). If you want to share anything in your Dropbox with friends or relatives, your friends or relatives will have to join Dropbox subscription and costs them money, (2). Upon renew of your subscription, they charge your credit card automatically, and if you want to cancel your subscription they keep your money and there is no prorate charge or anything like that and (3). Dropbox basically hijack...

I tried to cancel my account with Dropbox, when I called they hung up on me as soon as I said I wanted to cancel, I called back to hear a recording , all service reps were busy. I called back from another phone, went right thru, same guy answered, I said again i wanted to cancel, he started swearing at me told me not to call back.
