Dropbox - Billing issue

Tried to increase storage for my household....got thrown into a business account and charged almost $500...they wall themselves off and force all inquiries via email and a series of steps. Terrible customer service. Even their HQ is walled off from phone contact...even investor relations. Jim 214 505 0754
