We clicked on trial, it asked for card information and said we wouldn't be charged unless the trial was over. But it charged 750 (for 5 people) straight away, and even though we cancelled within the trial, now they refuse to refund saying it is not the policy since we bought business, which we actually never did!!!

After various back and forth emails they still won't budge at all. And since it is all online we have no proof that we clicked the big trial button and not the small link to subscribe directly to business.

This is a scandalous scam tactic. We want at least a partial refund, but should receive a full refund.
