i had been a Dropbox Pro subscriber at $199/year. I didn't need it any more but it was renewed without authorization.
I couldn't speak to a human being to handle this billing issue. So online, I tried to handle the downgrade to 1TB of storage (from 2) which would only cost me $99/year. The response I got was I couldn't downgrade until the end of the current subscription cycle which was one year away even though I reached out to them on the day I got notice of the subscription renewal.
So now I am stuck in this plan for another year and giving them $100 more in fees that should be in my pocket. What a rip off.
