Dropbox billed me for business trail even though I cancelled before the 30 days.Then I tried to find a customer service number and I could not find anyone to talk with.
I was pushed to the online customer support option and nine matched this problem. I got a person named Oscar on the chat option and I asked for a number to call 3 times and he never gave one and wished me a good day and ended session. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had in years. I will NEVER use Dropbox services again.
Google actually has a team that will take my call and I will gladly give them all my business.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
