So I accidentally delete 150,000 files. No problem.

I've paid by money, and I know they're there for the next year. So, I try and restore them. It says I can't there are too many files. Ok, so I contact dropbox.

Now this is the interesting bit, as some *** (is it a computer?) just sends me back a generic set of instructions which basically tells me to try and restore it from my account, despite the fact that I just emailed them and told them that their DODGY SYSTEM doesn't let me restore it from my account. THERE IS NO PHONE SUPPORT UNLESS YOU'RE BUSINESS - AND I'M JUST PRO - YOU KNOW, PAY HEAPS OF MONEY BUT NOT BUSINESS. I'm APPALLED. The dropbox guys who designed the system are apparently worth billions.

And they've decided that support costs too much money, clearly.

Well, bye bye dropbox. I'd rather pay MORE and actually have someone I can't talk to.

Review about: Dropbox Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: restore my files dammit!.
