To get a refund for monthly charges that were never authorized..

It was extremely difficult to even figure out how to contact customer service. I was hung up on twice, tried to placate me with a gift card, and told their system was down.

While their online storage concept is simple and easy to use their customer service is the absolute WORST that I've ever dealt with. I am a professional photographer.

I had an email through GoDaddy that I let expire. I took some time off doing photography to do other things and cancelled my old email address. When I tried to access my Dropbox to change the email it stated that they needed to send a 6 digit code to that non-existent email address. When I emailed DB support they said they could get me in if I answered a few questions as best I could.

I did just that and there were a few questions that I could not answer such as.. Name a file that you last uploaded (well that was last year) I could not remember. So they said that was not sufficient. I have tried numerous times to tell them that this IS my account I even told them I'd share an IP address from one of the computers that I've used to access the account.

STAY AWAY FROM DROPBOX! While their service is just fine their customer service is TERRIBLE and when it comes to important files and online cloud storage it's just not worth the risk.

Tried to cancel account

Called 3 times and all 3 times your reps have hung up on me when I have expressed that I wanted to cancel the app. Poor customer service.

Hence, is why most of us do not want to do business with companies anymore. Truly sad

Accessing dropbox concerning my account and unable-to login

I purchased Dropbox and got the plus version for use initially on my Apple Ipad. To my knowledge or recollection a pain stakingly verified I purchesed that copy with a free grace period and on the app store purched/leasing fee for $11.99 a month.

It works like from looking back at ALL my Dropbox Emails fro October 13th 2023 when I paid for it on the app store I did not either from the App Store, nor Dropbox an order number to use if needed. Long story short I ca't get any help from dropbox after checking google about dropbox help access and recived lots of there websites Info on the natter. But, my email address I setup my Dropbox account with won't let me sign in and also dose not like my password I setup at the start.
The Kicker her is on my devices I can somehos get in, but other times I can't login again and can't login on the web. My browser has the correct password which in some cases dose let me in.

Dropbox, has sent a new email to my registerd Dropbox account email . In that email it says to apparently down load a newer version for both my windows pc and apple IOS devices but when I click those download buttons to down load I'm unable too. I deffinately need Dropbox help by customer support or tech suuport. The have a contact button, but leads me to pissedcustomers website, they responed with this link and her I am.

Dropbox was and has worked until now. I'll need to try more on my devices which were previously working and logged me in at some p[oni, so I've used it with the login emaill address and password I setup Dropbox to begin with. HELP!!! Where is Dropbox help?

the online help is only as good as the software programers came up with! But, a computer only know yes/no, one and zero, and only preprogramed information that it was programed for, a Human can think for themselves and reason a reanable solutin and give you the help and answer you need!

Since the pandemic started most if not all companies except a very few have a human support person, otherwise those company customer phone numbers only direct you to the web. And then were back to square one, no useful help!
