Unless you are a business user, there is no way to actually talk to Dropbox. I had purchased a year's 1 TB storage...about $120 worth. They will answer an email after 3-4 days and take multiple days in between all communications and they never address the real issue....

Dropbox never worked for me. Never used it. They just charged me another $99 and the account has been dormant for a year. Asked for a refund.... and NO WAY. Dropbox totally sucks,
