I am a photographer with 0 staff. Apparently although I let dropbox know that I did not have a "team", when my Free Trial ran out they charged me for extensive coverage for many team players.

750$ for a year. There is no phone number. I was able to chat online to try and reverse the charges and/or switch the membership since there is no way I need this type of membership, all to no avail. This is an outrageous amount of money, for what I am using dropbox for I could do for free on my website or in Flickr.

Even Visa failed to renegotiate the fee. I hope that there is a giant lawsuit against Dropbox, count me in.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of dropbox pro subscription. Dropbox needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
