A year charge on my credit card after requesting a trail on drop box

The Customer Service / Accounts Executive Drop Box San Francisco USA I want an immediate credit on my credit card as you have charged me an annual fee after I trialed your drop box. I really am unable to afford this and I please want immediate action taken here. I had an amount of R2640.98 charged to my credit card (a years billing) I await your prompt response. I had a Dropbox account that I hadn't accessed for a while. I ended up deleting the email associated with the account. It is impossible to find contact info for Dropbox and the only way to cancel is to log into Dropbox with your email (which I no longer had access to and didn't have my Dropbox password). After searching everywhere on the Dropbox website I finally found email support. After several emails back and forth and providing them with screenshots of my bank account where it showed I was still being charged $11.99 per month, the representative kept insisting that I wasn't being charged every month. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the representative completely ignored me and told me to have a nice day. I guess I'm going to have to call my bank and stop the payments that way (not to mention I still have no access to the Dropbox files I was paying for). Extremely disappointing

Cancelled subscription and refund owing

I decided that I no longer need Dropbox so I cancelled my subscription and you acknowledged this by e-mail.. I cancelled my payment for Drop box with Paypal but despite this my subscription of £98.88 was taken from my Paypal account. I have questioned this with Paypal but they tell me to contact you. Please arrange a refund as soon as possible as I have cancelled my subscription. Thank you Dr Martin Hudson

Deleted financial documents

Stolen government financial documents of Dinar and Zim. Hackers are in my apps and email and found I had a Dropbox. Have also been sending dirty comments.
