Dropbox - Billing issue
Tried to increase storage for my household....got thrown into a business account and charged almost $500...they wall themselves off and force all inquiries via email and a series of steps. Dropbox Cloud Storage Free Trial Review
Signed up for free trial. After trial ended, I was charged $3,000 for the 19 users I chose!! I no longer need the account as the business I was on has been concluded. I do not believe there is a clause anywhere in the agreement that says "no refunds", yet Dropbox refuses to refund my money. Very shady business and highly unethical.
