Service problem

I am a pissed consumer. Dropbox has been charging us $11.99 a month for almost 2 years. I never order this service and never wanted it. It wound up on my husbands American Express account and he just paid it even though he didnt know what dropbox was or why we were being charged for it. I finally saw it and called AmericAn Express immediately because this is outrageous.

Dropbox is the WORST. There is no option to talk to a real person and no way to contact them. They charged me multiple times for a service I dont use that I signed up for by mistake.

Cancel free trial

I am trying to cancel a free trial but the instructions are not working. I gave my cc number for a free trial and the help instructions to cancel are not working. I need to know for sure that I will not be charged after the 30 days and I can't get a human on any of the phone numbers given. My name is Talma Botts and can't tell if I have an account or not.

Preferred solution: I have tried to cancel a 30 trial but cannot reach anyone on the phone or chat that can help me.

They make it very hard to cancel

Canceling Dropbox I mistakenly signed up for drop box . Now I canseem to cancel. What kind of business is this when you cant cancel when you dont need their service

Cannot enter my account(s)

I joined yesterday on a free trial basis. After a couple of hours later I realized I did not need this type of service. I have tried in vain for 3 hours to cancel. I could not do it. I changed my password with my provider. I have tried today 8/15/21 with the different password and also with different email addresses and passwords to no avail. I want to delete the different addresses and passwords and close the trial account. I can't get into any of the accounts. Can someone please please contact me by phone and help me with this problem. I am 82 years old and not very computer literate or send me a telephone number i can call to help me solve this problem. My phone number is 416-638-**** Thank you

For some reason my account was deleted. I have sent several requests to customer services and have not heard back once which is really disappointing. I have used Dropbox for a while so I had lots of photos and files that I no longer have access too. They say customer service will contact you within 48 hours but I havent heard anything.

Preferred solution: My account working again. To contact Dropbox they ask you to sign in to your account, but if they disabled the account then there is no way to sign in or contact them.

Billing issue

I never received my refund back on what I never gave permission to be withdrawn from my check account! So very disappointed about that! What's worse is that there's not a phone number that I can call to speak to someone in person to take care of this matter! Just aweful again so disappointed!!!

I don't need 2000 gb of storage. 10% of that would be plenty. But I can't find a smaller and cheaper subscription. Over 100 a year is just crazy expensive. I could MAYBE be persuaded to 20 a year. How do I get a smaller/cheaper subscription? Seriously... who needs that much cloud storage?!

Can't get into my drop box

When I tried to sign in my dropbox account it asked for six days of verification through the phone number that I have associated with the account but I cant get the code from the phone number I dont have any more.
