I have three times tried to reset my password and am told each time that the result is invalid. This is driving me crazy. I signed up for the service; knowing that I would be using it for approximately two months. I thought I had signed up for the monthly subscription; I accidentally must have clicked "bill me for a year". When I went to cancel, I was not allowed to cancel my subscription - and my credit card was charged $750. I had subscribed to the business account without ever owning a business. Hi; I wrote a review a few days ago saying that I had responded to a come-on for a free one month trial for a business account, then failed to unsubscribe. I was then charged for 5 users x 12 months x $15, a lot more than the maybe $15 I thought I might be charged. Idid you read my message which I just explained the major problem? I have tried several times to "TALK" with a real person. NO ONE wants to talk, all they can do is send me solutions that do not work. I have explained this several times to several people. Now I am really pissed.......... I want to access my files......... Same issue as other people noted: tried a free trial, neglected to cancel in time and NO RESPONSE from them. I had thought they were a reputable company, but apparently not. Do not trust them, RUN AWAY. If you are a current customer, LEAVE THEM. Have had no luck getting a response from them. I recently received a credit card charge for $799.00 for a year's worth of Dropbox business after signing up for a 30 day trial. I needed Dropbox for the trial period and one month past that time. Their website says that Dropbox business is $12.50 per month, but I was charged $799.00 for a 12 month subscription! I had been using drop box free. However, they kept sending emails to my email stating that my drop box was full. I paid $9.99 for a subscription, however I found out that my drop box was not full and I canceled the subscription on the same day. Made one payment and that was it. Drop Box folks keep trying to access my checking account to take out a payment. Why? I canceled the account. And every month they try to access my checking account.... Read more

Phoned Customer Service and was cut off when I stated my problem. Robert at 888-414-8124 as well as 877-640-2519. Phoned again, giving him the benefit of the doubt, he hung up on me again. Called a third time and asked if I had customer service and he told me that I had called Domino's. I uploaded my photos to dropbox because I wanted a safe back up. I just received an email saying they deleted my account and my pictures will be deleted. There is no way to contact them to try and get my pictures. The reason... i haven't used them in a year. Yeah, because it was full! I tried to cancel my account with Dropbox, when I called they hung up on me as soon as I said I wanted to cancel, I called back to hear a recording , all service reps were busy. I called back from another phone, went right thru, same guy answered, I said again i wanted to cancel, he started swearing at me told me not to call back.
