Tried to increase storage for my household....got thrown into a business account and charged almost $500...they wall themselves off and force all inquiries via email and a series of steps. Signed up for free trial. After trial ended, I was charged $3,000 for the 19 users I chose!! I no longer need the account as the business I was on has been concluded. I do not believe there is a clause anywhere in the agreement that says "no refunds", yet Dropbox refuses to refund my money. Very shady business and highly unethical.

Unless you are a business user, there is no way to actually talk to Dropbox. I had purchased a year's 1 TB storage...about $120 worth. They will answer an email after 3-4 days and take multiple days in between all communications and they never address the real issue....
